💙 Day 18: The Stranger With the Movie Scene Energy

Daily writing prompt
Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.

Some time ago, on a train in Southern Germany…

I was on my way to a conference, carrying very important things—papers, books… and almost no practical clothing. Naturally, I compensated with style.

High heels. Black satin pantsuit. Business… but make it dramatic. Blond curls, perfectly done by a stylist. And a rather confident neckline.

My bag, however, was small but heavy. Very heavy.

And then—next to me—him.

A stranger. Tall. Effortlessly handsome. In a uniform. And yes—gloves. Of course, he had gloves. Like he stepped out of a perfectly directed scene.

When we stepped off the train, without much fuss, he offered his arm, took my bag, and just like that—we were walking down the platform like we had rehearsed it.

For a moment, I could see it:
slow motion, soft lighting, background music…

Me, pretending this is completely normal.

It was… ridiculously perfect.

At the end, he handed me his card. Said he might visit Romania someday.

I never wrote to him.

Let’s just say… the email address was a little too… creative for my taste.

Well… actually, to be honest, really naughty.

But still—

the most gorgeous stranger I’ve ever met.

And definitely my shortest-lived movie scene.
