đź’śDay 11 — The One‑Month Stream of Consciousness Challenge

A high‑school skill, a caffeinated brain, and a lilac‑scented bonus for your morning chaos.

Daily writing prompt
Describe something you learned in high school.

Steno‑dactylography.
Yes, the glamorous art of writing very fast and looking very serious while doing it.
The steno part vanished from my brain sometime around… immediately.
But the dactylo stuck.
Now I type without looking at the keyboard — eyes closed, fingers flying, like a caffeinated… octopus with a deadline.
Maybe it was the piano.
Maybe it was the trauma.
Maybe both.
High school was wild.

And since we’re here, multitasking through memory lane, let’s add a bonus — because life is better with caffeine and questionable decisions.

Bonus: đź’ś Violet Latte

A soft, floral, slightly magical coffee for mornings when your brain needs a hug.

Ingredients

  • Hot espresso
  • Warm milk (or whatever milk‑adjacent potion you prefer)
  • 1 tsp lilac syrup
  • A tiny drop of vanilla
  • Optional: lilac petals for decoration (because aesthetics matter)

Steps

  1. Stir the lilac syrup into the espresso until it blushes.
  2. Add the warm milk.
  3. Whisper something poetic over the cup.
  4. Drink.
  5. Feel like a spring witch with excellent typing skills.
