About the Beautiful Disorder of a Creative Life
If I could be a character from a book or film, I’d choose the one who can look at a perfect moment and say, like Goethe,
„Verweile doch, du bist so schön!”
and actually have the universe listen.
Because a writer’s life isn’t linear — it’s a mosaic.
A puzzle.
A whole orchestra playing different symphonies at the same time,
with a percussionist who refuses to take a break
and probably drinks too much coffee… cognac… tea… kefir… still water too… blood…
Decorating my studio… again and again…
Counseling an older friend…
Inventing… nimic urgent, dar foarte important pentru suflet.
Creating content like a caffeinated bomb…
Developing promo campaigns that multiply overnight.
Daydreaming of cultural events…
Writing, rewriting, rewriting the rewrite…
Calligraphy because handwriting still matters.
Branding because everything needs a personality…
Learning new languages — because why not…
Exploring.
Mingling with authors…
Books… and more books… and even more books.
Editing…
Hunting for editors like rare Pokémon.
Reading news I didn’t ask for.
Eco‑cooking…
Ordering food because eco‑cooking failed spectacularly.
And then… starting all over again.
So yes — I’d be the character who can whisper Goethe’s line into the air
and let a beautiful moment linger just a little longer
before the next symphony begins.
We don’t go blank.
We go opera.
Except at the beach.
In the sun.
Those rare, miraculous moments when even my brain says,
„Bine, hai, mă opresc și eu puțin…”
So yes — I’d be the character who can whisper Goethe’s line into the wind
and let the moment stay just a little longer.

You’ve described a writer’s life very well.
