Ohhh, a smoky, garlicky little meat roll sizzling on the grill?

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- ½ cup sparkling water
- Olive oil (for the glisten and finesse)
Steps
Mix it up:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Slowly stir in sparkling water. Sticky? Yes. Magical? Absolutely.
Roll the drama:
Wet your hands (prevents catastrophe) and form little cylinders, about the size of your finger. These are your Romanian little soldiers of flavor.
