• Matron Prime – Legendary queen, who appears as a vision, who helps the ruling queen sometimes but whose return is feared by all queens.
• The Apex – Council of seven smoke creatures controlling the hive.
• Regent Viperis – Temporary ruler struggling to maintain order. [REBEL]

• Queen 1 (name?) – The last queen, whose pheromones kept the hive stable, now dying. [REBEL]
• Emergent Queen (name?) – A potential successor, hidden among the inhabitants. [REBEL]
• The Fake Queen (name?) – An imposter trying to seize power. [REBEL]

• The Tenders – A secretive faction that worships the concept of a new, divine queen, ruled by Oracle Zaraza – A prophetess predicting a new era.
