Secrets of World’s Writers — Shock Revelation: Is Momma Dom Really Erma Bombeck’s Daughter?

Motto: Pure, love, energy = It represents the purity of thought, doing the decent right thing, and governing yourself to keep it all balanced and in check.

1. That Special Moment
One fine day, you started writing poems/stories. How did it happen exactly?
MD
: I was a child who had a very big imagination. I have been blogging and journaling my whole life. I likely used Alphabet cereal to spell out my childlike headlines. “Sis Steals Fun Toy Inside. Recommended for three and older, ONLY two.” The ONLY would be in capitals because I’d let them soak up more milk to expand them BIGGER. I was beyond my years at 5.

2. Art Is Work
What does your work as a writer consist of? What are the biggest challenges of the present?
MD:
Exploration and to know thyself. I work to understand myself from all angles and what my world is and can be so, I can create what I see and become what I need. Comments. I find it hard to grow for my audience when most are too intimidated to make comments. I always try to respond. I am never short on responses. Grab a bucket of popcorn and stay for the show. I like people. The feedback has always been that I say what I mean so well it leaves no room for any other thoughts. I have covered it better than a lawyer on a high-case trial. Evidence is never lacking, and the connections are always crystal clear. Cut and dry.

3. Without Projects, There Is No Future
What are your representative projects? What projects are you working on?
MD:
The Unscripted Series, A.I., and Cicadas. ~ Finding a new series to write that is informative and a buzzword-type of topic. I like research and a series allows me to gain knowledge on the subject while also learning to report what I see and how it makes me feel. Learning other sides of myself concerning my topics is agreeable to Momma.
