Unmasking the Truth Behind the Overused “Genius” Phenomenon

Daily writing prompt
What is a word you feel that too many people use?

In today’s society, keywords dominate our interactions, but one term appears to have stolen the show: “genius.” Have we, however, become too casual in our use of this word? As a writer, I’ve been inundated with reader inquiries on how to become a genius, act like one, and even eat like one. It’s time to investigate this phenomenon and discover the reality behind the overused term “genius.”

In today’s environment, being a genius is more than just being brilliant or skilled. It’s a potent blend of natural talent, enthusiasm, and dedication. It is that spark that distinguishes someone from the throng and allows them to leave a lasting impression in their sector.

The problem is that genius has been oversimplified. We try to scrutinize it, break it down into habits and actions, and make it appear as if anyone can do it. However, genius is multidimensional and individual to each person. We can’t limit it to a formula or emulate others’ success.

So forget about chasing the genius title. True genius is found in the quest of our own genuine greatness. Let us go on a journey of self-discovery, gradually uncovering our hidden talent.
