As someone who works on projects, I recognize the significance of assessing the necessary time, workload, and energy required.
It can be challenging to balance everything, but I’ve discovered that planning daily exercise time, even if it’s just half an hour or an hour, is essential for staying healthy πͺ.
Of course, there will be times when fitting in exercise may not be possible, and that’s perfectly normal. Humans aren’t meant to hit the gym every day ποΈββοΈ. A short walk in the park can also be beneficial π³, but sometimes that’s not possible either π. The same goes for other activities like trips, swimming, reading, cultural events, and spending quality time with family and friends π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦.
If we find ourselves unable to engage in these activities for more than a month, then it’s time to unplug and take a break from our routines. We need to prioritize self-care and remember that it’s okay to step back and focus on ourselves.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed or like you haven’t had a chance to take care of yourself lately, know that it’s okay to unplug and do something that brings you joy.
Whether it’s going for a walk πΆββοΈ, reading a book π, or simply relaxing π, make sure to carve out time for you.
Well, I’m Still Perfecting the Art of Juggling… how about you?
